Got Calm?

If you only believe one thing I ever write, it should be to use the Calm app at least once a day. The Calm app gives you a 10-minute guided meditation that lowers your blood pressure, helps you refocus and is a basic reset button for stress. This life-changing app also offers bedtime stories for those struggling to fall asleep. Taking 10 mins after lunch is especially helpful because it’s in the middle of a busy day in which Calm is most powerful. Do a 10-minute guided meditation right before you head out the door or guests arrive at your house for Thanksgiving and I promise you’ll have more fun.
